Enquiries and resource requests

Leanpro Ltd uses the name, contact details, organisation and project information you provide to respond to your enquiry or request and discuss potential services. Please avoid submitting confidential material or sensitive personal information.

Requests sent through the hosted PHP form are emailed to Leanpro. The website does not keep a separate lead database or CSV of your details. Limited hashed rate-limit information is used to protect the form from abuse and expires automatically.

Working tools

Readiness answers and generated discussion briefs are processed in your browser. Your software shortlist is stored in your browser’s local storage, when available, so it can be retained between visits. Removing saved products or clearing site storage removes that shortlist.

Website analytics

The public website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and website usage. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect device and browser information. We do not send the names, email addresses or project details entered in our forms to Google Analytics.

Contacting us

We use enquiry information to respond to your request; we do not automatically add you to a marketing list. To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, email website@leanpro.co.uk.

Form protection

A session cookie protects form submissions. It is used for website functionality and is not used for advertising.
